The Ever Dreaded Christmas Card Picture

Trav and I tried once again this year to send out a Christmas picture of the kids. Well, for all of you who are anxiously waiting(JK)...it's just not going to happen. Sarah had no interest in sitting still, she actually fell into the tree at the end. We bribed the boys with candy, but that still didn't keep the arguing down from how their hair looked to why they had to wear a "fancy turtleneck".

Ginger Bread House

Ma and Pa bought a Ginger Bread house for the kids to decorate. While Sarah was down for a nap, the boys put on their aprons and got into the holiday spirit and decorated their very own house.

Hooray For Fall

We have enjoyed the cooler temperatures. We are trying to prepare ourselves for the wonderful Winters of Toledo!

Thanksgiving

We had a quiet Thanksgiving this year. I tried to get the three little Indians to pose for pictures...it's easier said than done! Running Creek and Soaring Eagle gave Sarah the Indian name of Laffy Taffy. After eating, we played catch with one of the organic whole wheat rolls that we had left over!

Finally, something for the Tooth Fairy!

Jack had been trying to lose a tooth. He can now officially turn 7! Although it frightened him at first, once he realized what happened, he was excited. The Tooth Fairy paid a visit after inquiring how much a first tooth goes for these days!

Halloween 2007

Count "Jackula", Tony Stewart and Cowgirl Sissy could not wait for Halloween this year. They each collected quite a bit of sugar...as if they didn't have enough already!

Perry's Went A Pumpkin Pathchin'!

We went to the corner "pumpkin patch" this year and selected the best pumpkins around. The kids had fun picking them out and carving them. We missed Daddy though! At times you couldn't tell the difference between the two youngest heads of hair and the pumpkins themselves!

Cooking with Nana

Nana came for a visit while Daddy was in Italy. She brought a new pumpkin recipe. The kids always fight over stirring and the breaking of eggs...this time they had Sarah to contend with.

A Visit From Indiana

Ma and Pa came for a short weekend visit from Indy. It included solitaire on the computer and scooter races. They even brought some much needed rain!

"Rolly Polly" of a Time

The kids have been enjoying a new gym in the area called Rolly Polly. They asked to use some pictures of Sarah for their nationwide advertisements. If only a little money could be made....

Happy 33rd Birthday, Trav

Trav celebrated his 33rd birthday on September 24th. The kids picked out the decorations and cake. They made him an ABC Birthday scrapbook. I got him tickets to see The Police in November. Here's to another year! Happy Birthday, Trav(Daddy)!

Trouble in the Making

Sarah loves to rummage through the trash. On this morning, she found leftover paint that I had thrown away after painting a few canvases. This followed dumping my cup of water twice the night before. She can always find a way to make you laugh after getting in trouble.

"First grade, here I come!"

Jack started first grade this year. He was very excited and eager to get the school year started. We have already started counting down to Summer 2008. We still get to go to the bus stop....I'm sure that will only last another week.

The Daily Grind

Another month...that means continued chaos. The kids always make sure we are ready for another adventure. Sarah is fitting right in with the family. She can really hold her own with her two brothers. She thinks she is as big and as capable....she's sassy!
